We are thrilled to share our passion for gymnastics with the families of New Braunfels. It is our mission to help your children reach their full potential in gymnastics and in life.
Through exciting gymnastics programs for all ages (yes, even adults!), we will bring out the best in you and your family. We champion development of the whole person: mind, body, and soul.
We maintain a very unique climate amongst gymnastics facilities. Because we are founded from our sister school, Extreme Martial Arts, we have adopted many of the best practices that martial arts is known for: respect, discipline, and focus. This is not to take the place of FUN! Your children will have a blast while learning and growing.
Our coaching methodology is to teach technique with precision, beginning with the basics. We first establish a solid foundation of body positions and basic movements to build upon. Your children will then be introduced to more challenging skills.
Our number one priority is your children’s safety. We emphasize proper technique and skill progression in order to teach new skills as safely as possible. We have decades of experience in correct spotting and assisting of each skill, so you can be confident that your children are in very capable hands.
Our curriculum is tailored to guide your children towards becoming strong, capable young people. In addition to unparalleled gymnastics training, our students benefit from enrichment in leadership and character development, nutrition, and goal setting.
